Zoning Bylaw No. 10-2005

Being a Bylaw to regulate the use of land, and the character, location and use of buildings and structures in the Municipality of Whitestone. Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone passed Bylaw No. 10-2005 on February 23, 2005. The purpose of Zoning Bylaw No. 10-2005 is to replace Bylaws No. 17-95 and 50-2000. The effect of Zoning Bylaw No. 10-2005 is to regulate the use of land in the whole of the Municipality of Whitestone in accordance with the Official Plan.

And take notice that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the Bylaw by filing with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone not later than the 31st day of March a notice of appeal setting out the objections to the Bylaw and the reasons in support of the objection. And take notice that only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal the zoning bylaw to the Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or the group. Any individual, corporation or public body filing an appeal to Bylaw No. 10-2005 must include the $125.00 fee prescribed under the Ontario Municipal Board Act. And take notice that the lands that are the subject of this zoning bylaw amendment are not the subject of an application for consent, an Official Plan Amendment or an approval of a plan of subdivision.

Additional information including the Zoning Bylaw amendment is available for inspection at the municipal office during normal office hours. Dated at the Municipal Office this 10th day of March, 2005.
