  • The Clerk, as outlined by the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, s. 228(1) ⇒, records, without comment, all resolutions, decisions, and proceedings of Council, as well as documenting the name and vote of every member voting on any matter. In addition, the Clerk keeps the originals or copies of all bylaws, and of all minutes of council proceedings. The Chief Administrative Officer manages the affairs of the municipality for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the municipality.
